Yes, it is SUPER amazing! Carrot cake is something I always ate when out and about, but never actually attempted to make myself. Holy crap have I been missing out! I am not a huge fan of carrot cakes that have fruit in them like pineapple or raisins. It's just not my thing! So making my own meant adding or subtracting whatever my little heart desired! So I worked at my job for about 3 months and this recipe is by far the best thing I got from it! Seriously though, this recipe is SO simple and totally delicious. After working for a bit, I realized what a lot of people were saying was true - some of my recipes just took too much time. I get it now. Berry Cobbler-ish Dessert

Ok, so I wouldn't really call this dessert a cobbler, but I couldn't pick anything else!
