Cooking things for other people always makes me so happy! It's super rewarding and when it's for someone else, I seem to go a little more crazy. I baked a bunch of cookies over the holidays to share with others and these peanut butter cookies were one of the recipes I whipped up. So I very much love pecans which is a good thing because my grandparents have a pecan tree! I always end up with tons in my freezer and I love finding new ways to use them. Pumpkin Spice Kissed Cookies

So the name is kind of a mouthful, but it describes them perfectly! These are the absolute easiest cookies (outside of cake cookies... which these basically are!). The best part of this cookie is the pumpkin spice kiss on top, but if you aren't a fan, you can for sure leave them off! They are a seasonal item that I just happened to run across this year while looking at halloween candy. Cake Cookies

So I worked at my job for about 3 months and this recipe is by far the best thing I got from it! Seriously though, this recipe is SO simple and totally delicious. After working for a bit, I realized what a lot of people were saying was true - some of my recipes just took too much time. I get it now. Gingersoft Cookies

So, I attempted to make gingersnaps, but they came out more like gingersofts! That's their new name. They were absolutely perfect though. I followed a recipe I found in this really old cookbook I got from my Grandmother, though I did have to change a few things up because I didn't have them... and I changed a couple other things a bit because I thought I could make it better!
