Why hello delicious. I found this yummy recipe a while back over on VegWeb. I only had to make it once and I knew it would be a permanent friend of mine. It's creamy like a casserole should be and I just loooooove the chickpeas in it. My husband takes it to lunch quite often and has demanded more broccoli.
