This salad is beyond awesome. I found the recipe over on SparkRecipes (the recipe can be found here) and was intrigued. I always order a California Roll when I go to a sushi restaurant so I knew I'd love this salad - just didn't know I'd love it this much! I have made this bad boy 3 times this week...
